Craig Gardiner

Before launching a lettings business, Craig invested in properties across Glasgow, encountering both successes and challenges. It was these difficult experiences that motivated him to establish his own management company, aimed at helping other landlords avoid similar pitfalls. Since starting in 2012, despite various market challenges in Scotland, the number of managed properties has steadily increased, and the business has expanded into HMO management and factoring services.
